The Average Payment Plan can help reduce your high bills in summer and winter and make it easier to manage your monthly bill. The plan allows you to pay a monthly bill on the average cost of your most recent 12-month period. The amount due may vary slightly month to month but if you were signed up for Average Payment, your bill for this month would have only been Label and then every bill in the coming months would be close to that same amount. It’s not too late to sign up for your Label bill.

This customer group of 4,000+ volunteers completes online surveys related to Westar initiatives. We use this feedback to help name new programs, gauge customer awareness or interest in products, or explore other ways to better serve you.
Any residential customer can enroll at any time. All you need is an email address so you can receive survey invitations, as well as internet access to complete surveys online.
It’s easy to join. Simply click here to sign up, using the account number listed on your Westar bill. This makes sure you’re entered into prize drawings as you complete surveys. See the link for full contest rules.
You’ll receive periodic emails inviting you to participate in surveys. Once you submit your responses, you’ll be entered automatically into our quarterly prize drawings. Winners will be notified by email each quarter.
No worries—We know you’re busy. If you decide you no longer want to receive survey emails, simply click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the survey invitation email. You can always reenroll if you want to participate again later.
Most surveys take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
