The Average Payment Plan can help reduce your high bills in summer and winter and make it easier to manage your monthly bill. The plan allows you to pay a monthly bill on the average cost of your most recent 12-month period. The amount due may vary slightly month to month but if you were signed up for Average Payment, your bill for this month would have only been Label and then every bill in the coming months would be close to that same amount. It’s not too late to sign up for your Label bill.

If a member of your household depends on approved medical equipment that requires electricity, participating in our Life Support program allows us to notify you of planned outages, provide special instructions for coping with unplanned outages (storms, equipment failure, etc.) and suggest alternative emergency energy supply equipment.
The Life Support program is not designed to avoid disconnection for non-payment of a bill and will not prevent unplanned power outages.
To participate in the Life Support program, please provide the following information in writing on a doctor's letterhead:
The letter may be faxed to 866-716-2068.
If you have questions about the Life Support program, please call 866-515-0857 and we will be happy to help you.
