The Average Payment Plan can help reduce your high bills in summer and winter and make it easier to manage your monthly bill. The plan allows you to pay a monthly bill on the average cost of your most recent 12-month period. The amount due may vary slightly month to month but if you were signed up for Average Payment, your bill for this month would have only been Label and then every bill in the coming months would be close to that same amount. It’s not too late to sign up for your Label bill.

File a claim - Report a damage claim 

**A damage claim is reimbursement for the value of property that has been damaged by Westar. Please visit WestarRepairPlans.com if you need to file a Home Services claim or inquire about coverage.

ACCIDENTS HAPPEN and we understand that you want a quick turnaround if you need to file a damage claim. We will be with you throughout the entire claim process. Once you report a claim, you will hear promptly from one of our professional Claims Representatives - Most often within one business day! We'll do our best to explain the process and assist you along the way.

Examples of claims that you may submit include: ruts in yard, damage to fence, sidewalk, driveway and bodily injury. Claims generally do not cover damage from; power surges, storm damage and food spoilage.
