The Average Payment Plan can help reduce your high bills in summer and winter and make it easier to manage your monthly bill. The plan allows you to pay a monthly bill on the average cost of your most recent 12-month period. The amount due may vary slightly month to month but if you were signed up for Average Payment, your bill for this month would have only been Label and then every bill in the coming months would be close to that same amount. It’s not too late to sign up for your Label bill.

On the evening of Monday 11/20, we will be changing the MyWestar account page. We are simplifying the page to make it easier to see and pay your bill. When you log on after the change, you will see your current billing information in a simplified format that makes it easy to see how much your bill is and when it is due.
We’ve also made it easier to see your usage history for the month and year. All of your information is still available from the previous version and you can still drill down into detailed account and usage information but we think you’ll like how easy this new format is.
You can also easily sign up for or change alerts and options for your account, including budget and billing text alerts and outage text alerts.
