Truck or Treat for Safety, sponsored by Westar Energy, in addition to the Kansas Highway Patrol and City of Shawnee Fire Department, provides elementary-aged children and their families an evening of kid-friendly safety demonstrations, up-close look at first responder vehicles, special treats and an iPad mini up for grabs as a door prize*!
