Revert to Owner

The Revert to Owner agreement authorizes Westar to automatically put service in a landlord's name between tenants.

When a tenant contacts Westar to have service disconnected the service will automatically revert to the landlords name on the date specified.

The service will remain in the landlords name until a new tenant request service or Westar is contacted to disconnect the service.
