Customer Responsibility Checklist

The Customer Responsibility Checklist is used for all construction jobs when Westar requires a customer do site preparations or make contributions to the company.

• Contact must be made with local design Westar personnel to discuss your project (800-383-1183).



• After the items have been discussed, the checklist will be signed by the customer.



• The customer is to notify Westar when the checklist is complete so that construction can begin.
