Customer Responsibilities

Westar is responsible for the service line and the meter.

The weatherhead, service mast and meter enclosure are all electrician responsibilities.

If the weatherhead, service mast or meter enclosure has been damaged or torn away from your home, this will need to be repaired and possibly inspected before Westar Energy can restore service to your home or business.
