Jeffrey Energy Center Wildlife

Three wildlife management areas are located at Jeffrey Energy Center (JEC). JEC is a scenic 10,500-acre site in Pottawatomie County, just north of St. Marys, Kansas.

General Information

• Vehicle travel on any roadway except those clearly marked is prohibited. All-terrain vehicles are prohibited. The speed limit is 20 mph unless otherwise posted.
• Observe and obey all signs and notices. Parking is restricted to designated areas.
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages on JEC property is strictly prohibited.

Blatant disregard for any of these regulations shall serve as cause for immediate expulsion from and future refusal or admission to the Wildlife Management area.

Good conduct, sportsmanship, safety and courtesy are expected of everyone using the recreational facilities.
