Prairie Wind Transmission in February filed its proposed route for a high capacity transmission line. Since that filing, landowners have suggested alternative routes. In response to these proposed alternatives, the KCC has scheduled an additional public hearing at noon May 10 at ICM in Colwich. Letters are being mailed to landowners along these routes.
