Internet Explorer Security Settings

We recently installed a security patch that effects some Internet Explorer web browser users.

To change your settings so that you can access the secure portion of Westar Energy's website:

In Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools (Gear in the upper right hand corner) > Internet Options > Advanced Settings.

Scroll down and check SSL 3.0 and TSL 1.0. Apply.



You might also try using a different internet browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
