Leonard Allen joined Westar Energy in August 2008. Allen has a master of science degree from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. Since earning his degree he has worked with both nonprofit and traditional for-profit businesses. Before coming to Westar, he served as the director of investor education for the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner where he produced an Addy Award Winning campaign to promote that office. Erin La Row joined Westar Energy in July 2006. La Row is a graduate of Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication with an emphasis in public relations and journalism. Prior to joining Westar, La Row worked as a producer at a Wichita television station, and as an anchor, reporter, and photographer for the station's western Kansas affiliate.
