Comfort, Efficiency and Economy for all seasons
Heating and cooling account for approximately 50 percent of an average monthly energy bill. The goal of reducing energy cost may be met with either a hybrid heat pump or an all-electric full heat pump system.
During warm months an electric heat pump serves as a central air-conditioning system, absorbing heat from the air inside your home and releasing it outside.
In colder months this process is reversed. Even on extremely cold days, there is heat in the air. A heat pump absorbs and distributes warm air throughout your home. Unlike a furnace, which produces heat from costly fuels, a heat pump transfers heat resulting in better energy efficiency.
