By becoming an EfficiencyWorks Certified Real Estate Agent or Appraiser, you provide clients the opportunity to take full advantage of energy efficiency measures and designs when buying or selling real estate property. Program Outcomes and Curriculum.
The clients in turn save money and learn how to live comfortably, through energy efficiency and environmentally-sensitive alternatives.

Course fees:
- $55.00 - Certified Real Estate Agent or Appraiser with 4 hrs of Continuing Education Units (CEU)
- $45.00 - Without CEU
- Make checks payable to Westar Energy.
We do not accept payment by credit card.
Course fee includes: All training materials, 4 hrs of Continuing Education Units, Certificate of Completion, business information listed on the Westar Energy website, and refreshments.
Registration: Registrations are accepted in order of receipt and payment. Payment must be received at least one week prior to class date. Due to limited class space of 35 participants, receipt of payment by Westar Energy is not a guarantee of class enrollment. You will be notified of your enrollment status via e-mail once your payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy: Due to limited enrollments, the following cancellation policy is effective:
- Absentees will be responsible for the full course fee.
- Five or more working days prior to the course, you may: (1) cancel your registration and receive a full refund, (2) transfer your registration to another seminar of your choice (within 12 months), or (3) send a substitute in your place.
- Three or less working days prior to the course, you may: (1) transfer your registration to another seminar of your choice (within 12 months), (2) send a substitute in your place, or (3) cancel your registration and receive a refund less a $30 cancellation fee.
